Hi, there,

For years, I was lucky to run a small cattle operation alongside my family, selling beef we raised to restaurants and butcher shops throughout Oregon. Now, I spend my days working as a part-time bookkeeper, occasional beer writer, and mom to my son, Sam, but I never stopped missing my pals in Oregon agriculture and my former customers, and wishing for a way to bring them to my chosen home city.

Thus, the idea of Pony Express Pop-Ups was born: to bring events to Newberg that celebrate all the amazing folks who make this larger community so vibrant.

I know you’ll love these ranchers, farmers, chefs, bakers, brewers, and vintners as much as I do. Can’t wait to see you at one of our events!
